Sharknado Will Teach You All About Blogging Sharknado. It spawned 5,032 tweets per minute at its peak (about 84 tweets each second)for a movie about a hurricane that spawns tornadoes filled with sharks that bring down people, helicopters, and houses. What can you possibly learn from this movie about writing, beyond the fact that people will watch anything scripted for the SyFy channel? At first glance at the amazing poster, it seems pretty clear that there is little about blogging and content marketing in the movie. **SPOILER ALERT** The sharks dont win. Sure, they get in a few good bites, but in the end, the hero prevails and its messy. In the interest of learning something meaningful from all of lifes experiences, even the ridiculous ones, can writers find anything of value from Sharknado and its messy heroic win? #Sharknado is a treasure trove of great writing advice. #NoReallyMost certainly. After watching Sharknado, you will realize that, as a writer, you need to: 1. Think on your feet. A change in the blogging schedule meant I had 40 minutes to write and publish a post. Those werent ideal conditions, but I did it. I cranked out the blog post, and sent it on to my team to peer review. Hayden responded back, after reviewing the post. I literally thought as I read: heres what 10+ years of blogging and disciplined writing gets you, he said, and it was the first time I realized that constant long-term blogging gives you the skills to think on your feet when you have to. Long-term practice makes it possible for you to think on your feet. It will happen. Youll have about 30 minutes to write a blog post. Can you do it? Youd better have a process, the confidence, and the ability to write out of nowhere. Which leads to the next point 2. Maintain situational awareness. In Sharknado, the sharks were coming from every direction–air, land, water, living room–and the hero had to be aware of his surroundings to stay alive. In those moments when you have to think on your feet, youll need situational awareness. To pull off that last-minute blog post, I referred to a list of running ideas I am constantly tracking. Im always making note of blog ideas because in those intense moments, youd better have something in the bank. And to get those things, youll have to be aware of how just about anything could be a blog post and bank those ideas.

Lastly, teachers, behavior management specialists, and pediatricians are involved in helping the student with ADD. Before taking on any appointment with a student with ADD, it is imperative that a counselor get his hands on as much in-depth information as he can about the intricacies of the disorder. The Character of Brutus in Julius Caesar       Brutus was a very important character in the play Julius Caesar written by William Shakespeare. He helped plan a plot against one of the most powerful people in Rome and killed the king to be. Brutus was well renowned for his deep thinking, his honor, and most importantly, his belief in stoicism.       Brutus's stoic qualities played a major role in his character. He trusted his wife Portia very much. In fact, he trusted her so much that he was even going to tell her about the plot against Caesar.           "You are my true and honorable wife,          As dear to me as are the ruddy drops          That visit my sad heart"          ( II, i, 289-290)  She cared very much for him. She was willing to slice her thigh open just to prove her loyalty and trustworthiness to her noble husband. He also cared very deeply about his wife and he loved her very dearly.           "O ye gods,          render me worthy of this noble wife!"          ( II, i, 303-304)  Because of his profound stoicism, Brutus did not seem to show his graditude much when Portia killed her self. He simply drank wine to get ride of the pain and told Cassius to never speak of his wife again.           "Lucius a bowl of wine!          I did not think you could have been so angry,          O Cassius, I am sick of many griefs.          Of your philosophy you make no use          If you give place to accidental evils.          No man bears sorrow better. Portia is dead.          Ha! Portia!          She is dead.          How 'scaped I killing whe... ...          ( I, ii, 79-90)  Brutus had thought very deeply about joining the conspiracy. He had stayed up all night brooding about it. He feared that Caesar was gaining too much power and that soon Caesar would become king. If Caesar became king Brutus's dreams of Rome's Democracy would be shattered.       In conclusion Brutus was a very well respected man in Rome. He helped restore Rome to its original Democratic system. He ended up killing himself at the end of the play because of all the pressure. Political factors, or how and to what degree a government intervenes in the economy. Specifically, political factors include areas such as tax policy, labour law, environmental law, trade restrictions, tariffs, and political stability. Political factors may also include goods and services which the government wants to provide or be provided (merit goods) and those that the government does not want to be provided (demerit goods or merit bads). Furthermore, governments have great influence on the health, education, and infrastructure of a nation. Economic factors include economic growth, interest rates, exchange rates and the inflation rate. These factors have major impacts on how businesses operate and make decisions. For example, interest rates affect a firm’s cost of capital and therefore to what extent a business grows and expands. Exchange rates affect the costs of exporting goods and the supply and price of imported goods in an economy Social factors include the cultural aspects and include health consciousness, population growth rate, age distribution, career attitudes and emphasis on safety. Trends in social factors affect the demand for a company’s products and how that company operates. For example, an ageing population may imply a smaller and less-willing workforce (thus increasing the cost of labor). Furthermore, companies may change various management strategies to adapt to these social trends (such as recruiting older workers). Technological factors include ecological and environmental aspects, such as R&D activity, automation, technology incentives and the rate of technological change. They can determine barriers to entry, minimum efficient production level and influence outsourcing decisions. Furthermore, technological shifts can affect costs, quality, and lead to innovation. Environmental factors include weather, climate, and climate change, which may especially affect industries such as tourism, farming, and insurance. Furthermore, growing awareness to climate change is affecting how companies operate and the products they offer–it is both creating new markets and diminishing or destroying existing ones. Legal factors include discrimination law, consumer law, antitrust law, employment law, and health and safety law. These factors can affect how a company operates, its costs, and the demand for its products.
